Futurity: 2014 & 2015 Juvenile Foals, horses could NOT have competed prior to December 1, 2018.
Derby: Any 2nd or 3rd year horse competing born in 2012 - 2013 and horses 7 and under as of January 1st 2019 qualifies as a Derby Horses. All Ages are as of January 1, 2019
AVERAGE AWARDS
Futurity | Derby | Open
Contestants, in order to qualify for the Average Awards in the Futurity, Derby and Open you must enter all of the days for the event PRIOR to making your first run. For example, Suzie is entered in Saturday Open and not Sunday or Monday open, if Susie makes her run on Saturday and after decides to run Sunday and Monday she will not qualify for the average awards, Susie would have needed to enter all three days of the open PRIOR to making Saturdays run in order to qualify.
There is no fee to compete for the average awards and no membership is required.

Draw Out/Refund Policy
If you need to draw out of the event you must do so by the Wednesday prior to race date by 6pm, 30% of fees will remain due unless you have a vet/doctor note, in that instance no fees are due (note must be provided by the Wednesday prior to race date by 6pm). After draw out date/time passes all draw outs, regardless of vet/doctor note will only receive 70% refund, if no vet/doctor note is provided there will be no refund. Once the race starts refunds will be at the discretion of Classic Barrel Racing Management with a maximum refund of 70% of fees, thank you. Please Note: If paid via credit card the 3.2% processing fee is NON refundable, thank you.
